The attack happened around 00:30 (04:30 GMT) on Monday morning at Club Blu.
Local broadcaster WINK says that witnesses at the scene described the club as a "mad house". All injured victims are reportedly in hospital.
Police are investigating two other locations in connection with the attack. Shots were fired at a home and a vehicle where a minor injury was reported. Police have arrested a suspect at the second site.
Officers are also searching the area for other possible suspects.
