A 34-year-old man has been charged after a police officer was hit by a truck in Leicestershire. A man has been charged after a police officer was hit by a truck while responding to a report of a burglary.
The officer was responding to a report of a burglary in Allendale Road, Loughborough on Sunday when he was struck on Hillcrest Drive. The officer was struck by the vehicle on Hillcrest Drive, in Loughborough, Leicestershire on Sunday afternoon.
