All trains in and out of London Waterloo station have been stopped after a fire was reported at a nearby property. Trains in and out of London Waterloo station have resumed servie after a fire reported at a nearby property resulted in the station's closure for most of today.
South West Trains said the disruption is likely to continue until at least 9pm as all lines are blocked following reports of the blaze. However severe delays and cancellations are still affecting travellers.
A spokesperson said fire services had arrived but that trains coming to and from the station face cancellations, revisions and delays of up to one hour. Cancellations, revisions and delays of up to an hour have been affecting passengers after the blaze was first reported this afternoon, shortly after 3pm.

In a statement posted online, Network Rail said: "A fire on a property near the railway at London Waterloo is causing delays of up to 45 minutes to journeys to and from Waterloo. This is expected to continue until 21:00.
"Some services will be part cancelled, starting/ terminating at Woking/ Surbiton, not calling at London Waterloo. "
In a tweet, the London Fire Brigade said the blaze had broken out under the railway arches on Carlisle Lane. Shortly after 10pm it was announced train lines had reopened. Services are expected to be affected until tomorrow.
