Police have arrested three men in connection with the death of a 26-year-old man in Swansea in 1997. Three men in their 30s have been arrested over the death of a man, whose body was found in his mother's back garden in Swansea almost 10 years ago.
Kevin Grint from the Townhill area was found dead in his mother's back garden. The arrest follows the reinvestigation into the death of Kevin Grint, 26, from Townhill in the city.

Nine years later, officers from South Wales Police have arrested three men, all in their 30s, in the Swansea area. Two men were arrested in Swansea on Wednesday, and a third in jail.
South Wales Police reopened their investigation in 2005. Officers arrested a 37-year-old man in Dyfatty and a man, 34, in Morriston and took them to Swansea central police station for questioning.

A third man, 36, who is currently serving a prison sentence for an unrelated matter, was taken to Swansea for questioning. The man arrested in prison is 36 and serving a sentence for an unrelated matter. Police said he was being questioned in a police station in England.
They are being detained at Swansea central police station. Det Ch Insp Mark Lynch, senior investigation officer, said: "Kevin's body was found over nine years ago in his mother's garden and since then, we have launched an investigation into the death.
Officers have appealed for anyone with information, especially regarding Mr Grint's final movements before his body was discovered on Thursday 19 January 1997, to contact them on 01792 456999 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111. "An inquest recorded an open verdict and the medical cause of death was a combination of drink and drugs.
"However, there are a few details remained suspicious and we have to look into in order to bring a closure to the case.
Wednesday's arrests were made after officers evaluated a piece of information which indicated that Mr Grint might not have been alone when he got into difficulty before his death, he added.

"Would the people who were there on 8 January1997, or have heard since what happened to Kevin, please make themselves known to the the police," she said on Wednesday.
"Nine years of uncertainty has been really hard, and I need closure to get on with the rest of my life," she said.
Det Ch Insp Lynch appealed for people with information about Mr Grint's final movements before his body was discovered on 9 January, 1997 to come forward.
"I hope that today's police action can show them that we have not forgotten about this case and we are still actively pursuing any lines of enquiries," he said.
