A series of explosions have caused casualties in the city of Jaipur in north-west India, reports say. At least six people have been killed and many more wounded after a series of bomb blasts tore through the city of Jaipur in western India, police say.
Indian television stations say at least six people have been killed. Police have not confirmed the deaths. The bombs went off near historic monuments in the crowded old city at one of the busiest times of the day.
Many more people are reported to have been injured. Five or six blasts were heard in Jaipur's crowded old city in the past hour. The head of state police has called the bombings a terrorist attack. Reports say bombs were placed in cars or shops.
