The fire broke out in a disused hatchery in Whitburn owned by Grampian Country Foods. Emergency services were alerted mid-evening on Thursday. | |

Lothian and Borders Police and the fire brigade are continuing to investigate the cause. | |
Eyewitness Steven Bigham said the fire spread across the building over half an hour. | |
