Mr Evans, 27, was found guilty of rape in 2012, but successfully appealed against his conviction in April. Mr Evans, 27, was found guilty of rape at Caernarfon Crown Court in 2012, but his conviction was quashed in April.
On day two of his retrial, Cardiff Crown Court heard the woman felt "dead dazed" and "intoxicated" the next day. The woman told the Cardiff Crown Court retrial she "did not take the lead".
The jury was shown DVDs of the complainant's interviews with police after the alleged sexual assault. After taking the stand on Wednesday, the woman was cross-examined by Mr Evans' barrister, Judy Khan QC, about the sexual activity.
In the first interview, she said she had drunk two glasses of wine, four vodka and lemonades and a shot of Sambuca during the night. Miss Khan QC suggested she had taken charge with Mr Evans after he "joined in" in consensual sex she was having with his fellow footballer and friend Clayton McDonald.
She said the last thing she remembered was drinking in Rhyl's Zu Bar and then holding a piece of pizza in a takeaway restaurant late on 30 May 2011, after only a few drinks. "I'm suggesting you were taking the lead on that," she said. "Is that something you recall at all?"
"The next thing I remember is waking up in the Premier Inn," she said during an interview on 31 May, 2011. "No," the alleged victim replied.
"I have tried to work out what must have happened. I just can't remember," she said. The barrister also suggested the woman had asked Mr Evans to perform a sex act on her.
She said she had to "look out of the window" to realise where she was and, later on that day, she felt "tender", having "wet the bed" in the hotel. "I'm suggesting you were disinhibited. You lost your inhibitions because you had been drinking," the QC said.
She told police: "I did not know why I had gone there or who I went there with." "I don't know," the complainant replied.
In a second video interview with police, the alleged victim was told toxicology results taken after the alleged rape showed she had cocaine and cannabis in her system. The alleged victim was also questioned about two men she had sexual relationships with around the time of the alleged rape.
She said she had tried cocaine "on two or three separate occasions" over a few months, but not during the week before 30 May 2011. She denied "directing" the consensual sex and "taking the lead" with these men, as suggested by the defence.
During the interview, on 15 July, she also said she had tried cannabis "with friends", although not regularly. Prosecution barrister, Simon Medland QC, asked the alleged victim: "It's been suggested you were happy for Ched Evans to join in and that you took the lead. Is that right?"
'Very drunk' "No," she replied.
The prosecution previously told the court the alleged victim met fellow footballer Clayton McDonald while he and Mr Evans were at the Zu Bar. The jury earlier heard the alleged victim could "not remember anything" after leaving Zu Bar in Rhyl on 30 May 2011, aside from holding a pizza at one point.
In police interviews, she said she woke up the next day, naked at the Premier Inn, in Rhuddlan, Denbighshire, before it later emerged she had had sex with Mr Evans.
In court, she was shown DVD footage of her leaving the bar, walking through central Rhyl and then travelling by taxi to the hotel with Mr McDonald.
Cross-examining the woman, defence counsel, Miss Khan QC, pointed out she had sent a text message to a friend during the time she claimed she had a "memory blackout".
"Having seen that footage you know that, at times when you say you have no memories, just a complete absence of consciousness, you were moving around," she said.
"I'm going to say that on occasions you were clearly making reasonable, rational decisions, yes?"
The alleged victim replied: "Yes".
Miss Khan added: "A memory blackout does not mean unconscious, not capable of moving, not capable of making decisions. Would you agree with that?"
"Yes," the woman replied.
The prosecution has previously told the court the alleged victim met fellow footballer Mr McDonald while he and Mr Evans were at Zu Bar.
She was seen to be "very drunk", the prosecution said, saying she believed her drink was spiked - although not by Mr Evans or his friends. She was seen to be "very drunk", the prosecution said, saying she believed her drink was spiked - although not by Mr Evans or his friends.
Taking to the stand behind a screen, she was asked questions about CCTV footage which showed her leaving the Zu Bar in the early hours of 30 May. The prosecution said she was "stumbling about" when she arrived at the Premier Inn where Mr McDonald was staying.
The clips then show her walking through central Rhyl, staggering at points, before entering the Godfather takeaway shop and sitting at a table.
She identified Clayton McDonald - who is not accused of any wrongdoing - in the CCTV footage inside the takeaway and, when asked if she had met him before that night, she said: "No".
When asked if she had any "independent recollection" of the events on the screen she said no.
At 03:50 BST, footage shows her sitting in a doorway before walking around with a pizza and getting in a taxi with Mr McDonald.
The pair were then seen arriving at the Premier Inn at around 04:10. Again, when asked, she said she could not remember anything about the journey.
