A fire has broken out in the centre of Leeds, sending a huge plume of black smoke rising over the city. A fire broke out in an old factory in the centre of Leeds, sending black smoke over the city.
The fire is thought to be coming from disused factory buildings near Whitehall Road, Holbeck. The blaze started in disused buildings near Whitehall Road, Holbeck, West Yorkshire Fire Service said.
