A 52-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder after a man was stabbed on a beach in north Wales. | |
Families on Llandudno beach in Conwy saw a man, 32, staggering after being slashed with a knife in the neck on Saturday afternoon. | |
North Wales Police later made an arrest in the grounds of Holy Trinity Church. | |
The charged man, who has been named as Sydney Rogers of no fixed address, will appear before Llandudno magistrates on Monday. | |
He is also charged with possession of an offensive weapon in a public place. | |
The injured man, who is thought to be from the local area, was treated at Glan Clwyd hospital. | |
His condition was not life-threatening and he is now recovering. |
