Southern posted on their website: "In addition to the strike days, services on all routes will be severely disrupted on all dates until further notice because of the driver overtime ban."
The rail operator said all routes are affected, with no Gatwick Express services between Gatwick Airport and Brighton and a "very limited" peak service between Brighton and London.
There are also no direct services between London and either Portsmouth or Southampton and passengers will be required to change trains.
Other affected services including between East Croydon and Milton Keynes Central are listed on Southern's website.
