Officers are investigating 106 historical sex abuse allegations made about people from 30 London football clubs or teams, the Metropolitan Police have said. Individuals linked to four Premiership football clubs in London are being investigated over historical sex abuse allegations, the Met Police have said.
Four of the clubs are in the Premier League, two in the Championship and three in Leagues One and Two. Officers say they are looking at 106 claims related to 30 clubs or teams - including two in the Championship and three in Leagues One and Two.
The others include non-league, non-professional and amateur teams. Twenty-one non-league, non-professional or amateur teams are also involved.
