A crash that brought hundreds of motorists to a standstill on the M1 may be linked to the death of a woman in a Derbyshire village, police have said. A man has died in a crash with a lorry on the M1 in an incident that is believed to be linked to the death of a woman in a Derbyshire village.
Police were called to Station Road, Borrowash, at 11:00 GMT on Friday by a man who had also been injured in the incident involving the dead woman.
