Man shot in hotel room in Prince George’s

Version 0 of 1. A man was shot and seriously wounded Sunday night in a hotel room in Prince George’s County, the police said. The shooting occurred around 7:45 p.m. at the La Quinta Inn on Hampton Park Boulevard, said Officer Tyler Hunter, a county police spokesman. The hotel is in a commercial area near Central Avenue and the Capital Beltway. Hunter said it appeared that the victim and his assailant were known to each other. One person was taken into custody and a gun was found, Hunter said. The victim was expected to survive. |
