A disabled woman who has been accused of holding two police officers hostage in her home has pleaded not guilty to the offence.

Ruby Kasawaya, aged 51, is alleged to have locked up the two male officers at her house in Park North in Swindon.

The officers had been called out to discuss crime levels in that area of the Wiltshire town.

Ms Kasawaya was bailed and is now due to appear before magistrates at the town's court on Friday 17 November.
