A man and woman have been charged with the manslaughter of a five-year-old boy who drowned in a lake. The mother and stepfather of a five-year-old boy who drowned in a lake have been charged with his manslaughter.

Ms Dunn was released on bail and Mr Smith was remanded in custody.
Charlie's step-grandmother previously told the BBC that the family called him the Milkybar Kid and Joe 90 because of how he looked.
"He was very loving, always happy, he was brilliant at his schoolwork," said Sharon Robinson.
"His mum has got his school report and he was outstanding on his school report. It's a shame because he had a lot of future in front of him."
