David Webb, 43, from Cambridgeshire, was injured when the crane tilted and fell at a site in Crewe, Cheshire on 21 June. Chief executive Jonathan Seddon said he and the firm offered condolences to Mr Webb's family and colleagues at Falcon Tower Crane Service Ltd.
"Seddon is continuing to co-operate with the Police and Health and Safety Executive during the course of this investigation and remains committed to ensuring all reasonable measures are taken to keep people safe on our construction sites," he added.
