Argentina
As well as those confirmed killed, more than 100 people from 34 different countries are said to have been injured in the attacks.
Argentina's foreign ministry said 40-year-old Silvina Alejandra Pereyra had died in the attack. She held dual Argentine-Spanish citizenship and had lived in Barcelona for several years.

Australia
A person from Belgium was among the first to be confirmed dead. Elke Vanbockrijk, 44, was a postal worker from the city of Tongeren who was on holiday with her husband and two sons.
Australia's Foreign Minister Julie Bishop said eight Australians had been affected by the attack. Four were injured, three required consular assistance, and one was unaccounted for.
One Canadian was killed, named as Ian Moore Wilson. His wife Valerie was also injured, according to their daughter, Vancouver Police Staff Sergeant Fiona Wilson. She described her father as "always game for a lively debate, a good book, exploring new places, and a proper-sized pint".
The missing person is seven-year-old Julian Alessandro Cadman, who became separated from his mother during the attack, according to his British grandfather Tony Cadman.

Mr Cadman, who lives in Sydney, has posted an appeal on Facebook, adding Julian's mother is in a serious but stable condition.
Ms Bishop said one woman from New South Wales was seriously injured but in a stable condition. Two men from Victoria were also treated for injuries, but later discharged.
Belgium
A Belgian national has been confirmed dead. The Belgian deputy prime minister said another two people were in the hospital, including one who was in a serious condition.
Canada
One Canadian was among those killed in Barcelona, Canadian PM Justin Trudeau confirmed. He was later named by Vancouver police as Ian Moore Wilson. His daughter, Vancouver Police Staff Sergeant Fiona Wilson, said her mother Valerie was also injured.
Four Canadians in total were among the injured, Mr Trudeau said, and labelled the incident "a cowardly terrorist attack".
Cuba
Pro-government website Cubadebate said five Cubans were hurt in the two attacks.
Four were injured in Barcelona, it said, and a fifth was "slightly injured" during the events in Cambrils. Two of the five had already been discharged from hospital, and the others were recovering, it added.
France
Twenty-eight French citizens are among the injured, with eight in a serious condition - four of whom are children.
French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian travelled to Barcelona on Friday "to assure Spain of France's support".
Greece
The Greek foreign affairs ministry said one Greek woman was reported to have been injured. An official told Greek broadcast media that her two children had also been hurt.
Germany
A spokesman for the German foreign ministry told Reuters news agency that he thought 13 citizens were among the injured, some seriously, but he could neither confirm nor deny any deaths.
Hong Kong
China's state-operated news agency Xinhua reported that one tourist from Hong Kong was "slightly injured" in the attack, quoting the consulate general of China in Barcelona. No other Chinese citizens were believed to have been injured, the report said.
Hungary
A Hungarian woman was injured, the country's foreign ministry said, but her injuries were not serious and she was able to leave hospital after treatment.
Ireland/the Philippines
Ireland's Department of Foreign Affairs said a family of four were caught up in the attack. The parents are originally from the Philippines, but naturalised Irish citizens. It did not confirm their identities.
But national broadcaster RTÉ, quoting the Philippine embassy in Madrid, named the family as Norman and Pederlita Putot, and their children Nathaniel and Pearl.
It quoted the country's Foreign Affairs Minister, Simon Coveney, as saying that the father had suffered knee injuries and the five-year-old boy had a broken femur. The mother and daughter were not injured.
Italy
Two Italians were killed during the attack.
Bruno Gulotta's employer, computer parts supplier Tom's Hardware, confirmed his death on Facebook. He was the father of two young children, the company said.
Italy's La Repubblica newspaper reported that he had been walking with his wife, who managed to pull their five-year-old son - who was holding Bruno's hand - to safety at the last moment.
The second victim was named by Italian PM Paolo Gentiloni as 25-year-old Luca Russo. He was in Barcelona with his girlfriend, who was injured in the attack.

Macedonia
Portugal has confirmed the deaths of two citizens. Prime Minister Antonio Costa said a 74-year-old woman from Lisbon died during the attack, and Portuguese media say her 20-year-old granddaughter, initially reported missing, had also died.
Macedonian officials said one of their citizens was in hospital following the attack, after suffering a broken ankle. The person had been "in the immediate vicinity" of the attack but was not in any medical danger, they said.

The Netherlands
United States citizen Jared Tucker, a 43-year-old on honeymoon with his wife, Heidi, was also killed. Mr Tucker leaves behind three teenage daughters.
In a statement, the ministry of foreign affairs said three Dutch citizens were injured but "out of danger" and receiving treatment in hospital. They had spoken to their families, it added.
The missing
Peru
Seven-year-old Julian Alessandro Cadman, an Australian understood to have dual British citizenship, was reportedly separated from his mother during the attack.
A Peruvian woman injured in the attack has since been released from hospital. A report carried by the Andina news outlet, which was shared by the Peruvian foreign ministry, quoted an official as saying there were no other Peruvians among the dead or injured.
UK Prime Minister Theresa May said British authorities were urgently looking into the reports.
Portugal
Prime Minister Antonio Costa said a 74-year-old Portuguese woman had died during the attack, and a 20 year old from the country was missing.
RTP news added that the dead woman had lived in Lisbon. No Portuguese citizens were among the injured in hospital according to the latest information, an official told the broadcaster.
Romania
Three Romanian citizens were among the victims, the country's foreign affairs ministry said.
The first was described as in a stable condition in hospital; the second, a woman receiving specialist care, was stable; and the third was being treated for light injuries.
Spain
Francisco Lopez Rodriguez, 57-year-old, was the first named victim, and El Pais newspaper report his wife is also seriously injured and his three-year-old nephew died.
The mayor of Hipolit de Voltrega confirmed online that a 75-year-old called Pepita Codina also died in the attack.
The sole victim of the attack of the town in Cambrils was named as 61-year-old Ana Maria Suarez from Zaragoza, north east Spain.
Taiwan
Multiple Taiwanese media reports said two people who were part of a tour group had been injured and were being treated in hospital. The Taiwan News said they were a mother and daughter, and that the mother had suffered "minor bone fractures".
Turkey
Turkey's Anadolu news agency reported that one Turkish citizen was "seriously wounded", quoting the Turkish embassy in Madrid. The victim's name has not been released.
United Kingdom
Prime Minister Theresa May said the UK was "urgently looking into reports of a child believed missing who is a British dual national".
It is understood that Australian seven-year-old Julian Cadman, earlier reported missing, holds dual citizenship.
Britain's Foreign Office issued a brief statement saying: "We are currently assisting a small number of British people affected and are working to find out if any more need our help."
United States
US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson confirmed on Friday that a US citizen had died in Thursday's attack.
He has been identified as Jared Tucker, a 43-year-old on his honeymoon with his wife, Heidi. His father confirmed his wife identified him.
Mr Tucker leaves behind three teenage daughters.
