A youth has been shot dead in a supermarket in south-east London. A teenager shot dead in a supermarket was an innocent bystander caught in crossfire, police have said.
The 18-year-old was shot at the Costcutter store on Camberwell Road, Walworth, on Wednesday and pronounced dead at the scene at 2225 BST. The 18-year-old was killed in the Costcutter store in Walworth, south-east London on Wednesday night.
Several people were seen to leave the area on mopeds immediately after the attack. Officers said he was with family members was shot as two men tried to force their way past him as if they were trying to get away from something.
