Police are searching for two girls who have gone missing from the same school in Hull. | |
Leah Taylor, 11, and Leah Smith, 12, were last seen leaving Marvell College together at 12:10 BST on Monday. | |
Police said there had been sightings of the pair in the Marfleet Lane area of the city on Monday evening. | |
Leah Taylor's grandmother Lynn Weatherill said her disappearance "was very out of character" and the family was concerned. | |

Ms Weatherill said she had gone to pick up her granddaughter from school after she had been put into isolation. She added that Leah had never gone missing before and she had no idea where she could be. | |
"She always stays close to her home," she said. "She plays out in the street near her mum's house." | |
Humberside Police described Leah Taylor as being 5ft tall, of slim build with shoulder length brown hair. She was wearing a black blazer with a black and yellow tie and was carrying a brown school bag. | |
