Sabah Khan, 27, pleaded guilty to the murder of the mother-of-four at the Old Bailey at the beginning of what was due to be her trial. | |
Khan was remanded in custody and will be sentenced at the same court on Thursday. Police said the murder was "any family's worst nightmare". | |
Det Ch Insp Adam Gallop, from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire major crime unit, said: "It is beyond comprehension for the family to hear that one daughter has brutally murdered another. | |
"It has been a horrendous ordeal for them and we are pleased that we have received the guilty plea today." | |
He added that he could not be sure there would "ever be closure" for the family. |
