Severe traffic delays are being predicted for Belfast due to the closure of part of the Westlink following weekend flooding. A clear-up operation is continuing after flooding across Northern Ireland.
The multi-million pound Broadway underpass was submerged under 20ft of water after torrential rain. The emergency services are continuing to work to clear the Broadway underpass in Belfast, which at one point was submerged under 20ft of flood water.
