The couple met one of the station's presenters, Gloria Beyi, 17, and her producer Finn Whitehead, 27.
Meghan Markle praised the presenter's "engaging" approach and said she could understand why the programme was so popular.
Gloria Beyi said there was shock that a such a high-profile couple had visited their radio station: "I think a lot of people thought those two worlds would never collide."
The couple announced their engagement in November and are due to marry at St George's Chapel, Windsor Castle, next May.
