Rescue workers are now searching for at least two more people who are believed to be trapped under the rubble, with dozens of ambulances and police cars lining the street. Rescue services have so far rescued four people from the rubble, according to local media, with at least three others trapped.
Local resident Brett Buelens told VTM Nieuws: "I heard people calling from under the rubble."
The local fire department said that the rubble and debris was "unstable", which was making the rescue operation difficult.
