A man has been arrested by police investigating the murder of 51-year-old Patrick Devine in the Sperrin Mountains near Claudy almost four years ago.

He is being questioned at the serious crime unit in Antrim. There are no further details at the moment.

Mr Devine was found slumped over his dinner at his remote farmhouse in September 2004. He had been shot several times from close range.

His murder was featured on BBC's Crimewatch programme in June.

Mr Devine worked as a psychiatric nurse and also ran a large-scale sheep farm.
