There is no sign of government help, UN or other charity workers - private individuals are handing out food at the centre. But back in Cabaret, Madeline Sharl, another victim of the devastation caused by the hurricane, also blames the government. "We're really suffering but we haven't had any help from them," she says. "Some of us were fortunate enough to get a small amount of water.
