Foreign Secretary David Miliband has spoken with the High Commissioner in Islamabad to pass on his support "at this difficult time" and has praised his staff for their professional response, the Foreign Office said.
"My best wishes for a speedy recover go out to those injured in this horrendous attack: not only to the High Commission staff who have been injured while serving the UK overseas, but to all those affected by the atrocity," said Mr Miliband.
