"He had number of injuries to his body and some internal injuries, but a weapon did not seem to be involved," Det Supt Roger Bannister said. "Police do not know how he came to be injured. "I am aware of many people in the club at some time - and I know there is a lot of talk in the city about what happened⦠please come forward and help police find out how this young man has ended up so poorly in hospital." Police have also asked for a man wearing a short-sleeved yellow T-shirt who was at the venue at the time to contact them. |
