The winner of a Â£2.5m National Lottery jackpot has still not come forward nearly four weeks after the draw.

Lotto organiser Camelot said it was desperate to find the winner, who bought the ticket in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, for the 15 November draw.

"This life-changing prize could really help to make this Christmas one to remember," said a spokeswoman.

The winning numbers were 2, 3, 17, 22, 40 and 42. The winner has until 14 May to come forward to claim.

"We're urging everyone to check their old tickets again or look anywhere a missing Lotto ticket could be hiding," said the spokeswoman.

"We have the champagne on ice and our fingers crossed that the lucky winner claims their win."

If no-one comes forward with the winning ticket in time, the prize money and the interest it has generated will go to National Lottery good causes.
