Emergency services have been called to north Dorset after receiving reports that a microlight had crashed. A man is feared dead after a gyrocopter crashed in a north Dorset field, police have said.
An eyewitness described seeing a "fireball hurtling to the ground" at Kington Magna, near Gillingham. An eyewitness said he saw a "fireball hurtling to the ground" shortly after watching another aircraft land safely.
