Police believe the stolen car was driven in the direction of Solihull. West Midlands Ambulance Service said crews were called to a health centre in Small Heath at about 16:45 and found the girl, who was assessed at the scene.
She was found to have no injuries and taken to Heartlands Hospital to be with her mother.
The health centre is about three miles from where the car was stolen.
Police believe the car was driven in the direction of Solihull after it was taken.
