The teenager is said to have contacts in east Devon and south London. Devon and Cornwall Police said they believed she may have "travelled to London by train".
Devon and Cornwall Police said anyone who spotted her could contact officers on on 101, quoting reference: 1005 250818. Charlotte "may be looking for places to stay in the area of the Strand and Trafalgar Square," Det Insp Simon Davey added.
Anyone who sees her has been asked to contact officers on 101, quoting reference: 1005 25/08/18 if they are in Devon; or 5926 26/08/18 if they are calling the Metropolitan Police.
