Witness Ben Robson-Burrell, 25, who was on his way home from work, said: "It was carnage." Family and friends have paid tribute to the teenager on social media and described him as "lovely, cheeky lad".
Rob Law said he had "gone far, far too early" and he was a "lovely, cheeky 17-year-old lad with his whole life ahead of him".
Callum's next of kin has been informed.
