Two men, aged 24 and 33, were stabbed in Tredegar Practice on St Stephen's Road in Tower Hamlets and a 77-year-old woman was stabbed at St Stephen's Health Centre at about 11:00 GMT. | |

A 40-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing GBH. | |
