Police are continuing to question three men in relation to the murder of 51-year-old Patrick Devine in Claudy, County Londonderry, in September 2004. Two men, aged 26 and 30, being questioned over the murder of Patrick Devine in Claudy, in September 2004 have been released without charge.
One of them is also being questioned about membership of the INLA. A 63-year-old man has been charged with threats to kill and firearms offences relating to an incident in the Claudy area during August 2003.
Mr Devine was found slumped over his dinner at his remote farmhouse in the Sperrin Mountains. He had been shot several times at close range. He is to appear before Londonderry Magistrates Court on 8 December.
