South Wales Fire Service said they believed the explosion at the docks was caused by a gas canister. A heavy lifting vehicle caught fire, but no-one was hurt in the incident.
South Wales Fire Service initially thought it was caused by a gas canister but a local company blamed the vehicle's tyres igniting.

The fire service said a fork-lift truck caught fire, but no-one was hurt in the incident. The explosion was captured on a mobile phone video by Andrew Payne, who was shopping at a local timber merchants.
"I was in a cabin pricing up some timber opposite the docks and the next moment the whole thing shook with the first explosion," he said.
"There was a huge thud so we rushed outside and I switched on my mobile phone because we could see smoke and the next thing there was a huge whoosh and another explosion.
"There wasn't many people down there and I'm not sure many realised what had happened at first but I expect it'll be the talk of the town now," he added.
The fire service sent 11 appliances to deal with the explosion and four gas canisters had to be cooled to prevent them from overheating.
A spokesman for Groupe Samat whose equipment was damaged in the fire said they are investigating the cause of the fire.
One theory was an electrical fault.
The spokesman said a heavy-lifting vehicle caught fire and the tyres exploded.
Associated British Ports, which owns the docks, said it was aware of the situation and would also carry out its own investigation.
The docks have reopened and South Wales Fire Service have made the scene safe.
