Third arrest over doorman murder Pair released in murder inquiry

A third person is being questioned in connection with the murder of Londonderry doorman Brian McGlynn. Police have released two people arrested in connection with the murder of Londonderry doorman Brian McGlynn in June 2007.
A 23-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice following the murder in June. A 30-year-old man arrested on Wednesday was released unconditionally.
Earlier on Thursday, a 46-year-old man was arrested. He is also being questioned about INLA membership. A 23-year-old woman arrested in the city's Shantallow area was released pending further enquiries.
A 30-year-old man arrested on Wednesday is still in custody. Mr McGlynn, 28, was shot dead at his home in the Fountain Hill area of the Waterside. Detectives investigating the murder are still questioning a 46-year-old man, who is also being held on suspicion of INLA membership.
