UK elections to the European Parliament are fast approaching. UK elections to the European Parliament are fast approaching, and the candidates contesting the elections have now been confirmed in each of the 12 electoral regions.
The polls are only four weeks away and political parties and independent candidates planning to stand have had to notify the elections watchdog by Thursday at 16:00 BST.
Details of who is contesting the elections will be confirmed by officials in 11 out of the UK's 12 electoral regions.
We know who's up for election in South West England - including Gibraltar - as the deadline was 16.00 BST on Wednesday.
