A woman from Stoke-on-Trent, also 30, has been arrested, the force said. The two 30-year-old women, from Stoke-on-Trent, held in connection with the incident, have been released under investigation.
The force said one woman was being held on suspicion of administering a noxious substance and the other on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of drugs.
