Derbyshire Police said Mr Casey would appear at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates' Court later. Mr Casey was remanded in custody at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates' Court and is due to appear at Nottingham Crown Court on 5 August.

The food bank reopened earlier on Monday, offering extra items which were delivered by charity FareShare East Midlands over the weekend.
A community support book was also made available for people to sign throughout this week.
Jan Sheppard, business manager at the centre, said: "We just thought it was important to to get things back to normal and show how much we all pull together as a community to support each other and move forward."
Centre bosses also thanked staff at the nearby Butterfly Castle Day Nursery for helping out in the aftermath of the crash.
