The main road into Llangeitho has been blocked off. Trouble reportedly broke out after council officials arrived at a house at 1100 GMT to remove a wooden fence.

The occupants of the farmhouse or smallholding in Stag's Head, which lies between Llangeitho and Lampeter, are reported to have moved into the area three or four years ago.
Neighbours told how they had since gained a reputation for being very protective of their property.
It has been reported that they built a heavy wooden fence near to the road about which there had been objections.
On Wednesday morning, council officials arrived at the property with a legal notice and a digger in tow.
Details of what happened next are unclear but people living nearby claimed that at one stage two cars were burning - one a police car and the other used by a council official.
The fire service and paramedics remain on stand-by at the scene.
