Detectives said the plants at the unit on Park Farm Road in Scunthorpe were found on Monday. Three men charged over the discovery of the 15,000 plants in Park Farm Road, Scunthorpe, may have been victims of human trafficking, police said.
Hong Pham, 50, Quang Ho, 48 and Tuan Pham, 29, all of no fixed abode, have been charged with being concerned with the production of a controlled drug. The men were charged with producing a controlled drug and are due at Grimsby Magistrates' Court later.
All three men are due to appear at Grimsby Magistrates' Court later. Police said the case had been referred to the National Crime Agency.
