Death of two men 'not connected' Coroner names one of two dead men

Police are investigating after two young men from Bala in Gwynedd were found dead within days of each other. The North West Wales coroner has confirmed a man found hanging in Bala, Gwynedd, on New Year's Day was Ryan Gwyn Childs.
A man believed to be in his early twenties was found hanged on Sunday morning on an industrial estate in the town. Mr Childs, 18, was discovered in the grounds of Ysgol y Berwyn secondary school in the town.
Another man believed to be in his late teens is understood to have been found hanged on New Year's Day. Police are investigating his death, and that of another young man who was found dead in Bala's industrial estate on Sunday.
North Wales Police said there was no indication that the deaths were connected. A police spokesman said there was no indications the deaths are connected.
They were offering support to both families, and have high visibility patrols in the town to reassure the community, a police spokesperson added. The second man has not been named as coroner Dewi Pritchard Jones is awaiting the result of the post mortem.
