Woman escapes injury in shooting

A woman has escaped injury after shots were fired at a house in west Belfast.

Two shots were fired at the property at Selby Court in the Grosvenor Road area shortly after midnight on Monday.

Police said the woman heard two loud bangs and then discovered two holes in the front door of the house.

Detectives have appealed for information about the shooting and can be contacted through the Crimestoppers facility.
