"Nan has taught me a variety of dishes and I can't wait to cook them for my mum, dad and baby sister."
They have also been playing board games but Sienna has not been neglecting her schooling and has created her own timetable, said her mum, who is a primary school teacher.
"Sienna is very competitive so she enjoys sports and singing and dancing in her nan's garage," Mrs Jagpal said.
The pair are having their food delivered by Sienna's father.
"I get texts all the time from Sienna for their weekly shop. My mum is health-conscious because of her diabetes so they have a lot of fruit and vegetables," Mrs Jagpal added.
Mrs Jagpal said: "She's full of energy and she makes everybody smile and to not have that in the house is very strange but the same time it's reassuring that she's there with my mum."
