Transport for London (TfL) said all London buses had been withdrawn from service due "to adverse weather and dangerous driving conditions". A spokesman for Transport for London (TfL) said: "Heavy snowfall across the London area last night has severely disrupted transport services and further snow is forecast throughout Monday.
