RAF air collision victims named Grief over cousins' plane death

Two schoolgirl cousins and two RAF instructors killed when their light aircraft collided have been named. The family of two schoolgirl cousins killed when two light aircraft collided have spoken of their "devastation".

The pilots, taking the girls on an "air experience flight" were Hylton Price from Bridgend and Andrew Marsh from Vale of Glamorgan. Two pilots taking the girls on an "air experience" flight also died and have been named as Hylton Price of Bridgend and Andrew Marsh of Vale of Glamorgan.
The girls both attended Tonyrefail Comprehensive, Rhondda Cynon Taf. The girls, both from Gilfach Goch in Rhondda Cynon Taf, attended nearby Tonyrefail Comprehensive School.

In a statement, the families said: "Words cannot describe how devastated we are by the loss of our girls. Nikita and Katie-Jo were both much loved and will be so sorely missed.
"We are all grieving and would appeal for privacy at this time to come to terms with our loss.
"We will not be making any further comment at this time. We need time alone to deal with what has happened."
