Boris Johnson has called on the public to "act fearlessly but with common sense" in tackling coronavirus. Boris Johnson has warned it may be "bumpy through to Christmas" and beyond as the UK deals with coronavirus.

Mr Johnson also said he took "full responsibility for everything that has happened since the pandemic began", admitting the Test and Trace system was "not perfect".
But he said scientific advisers had told him that by spring "things will be radically different and we will be in a different world".
