Det Insp David Halliday, who is leading the Springburn murder inquiry, said: "Inquiries are at an early stage, however, Springburn Road is a busy thoroughfare with motorists and pedestrians - it's possible people were heading home after a night out and may have seen the altercation between the men. | |
"Additionally, I would appeal to anyone who visited the Jet petrol station around 0045 GMT on Saturday, particularly the driver of a private hire taxi that was at an adjacent car wash to contact us." | "Additionally, I would appeal to anyone who visited the Jet petrol station around 0045 GMT on Saturday, particularly the driver of a private hire taxi that was at an adjacent car wash to contact us." |
