Shortly after his veto was defeated, Trump took to Twitter to take aim at Senate Republicans for “missing the opportunity” to rein in social media companies with the proposed Section 230 repeal, while denouncing their decision to settle for a $600 direct payment for Americans “not fair, or smart.”
