On Tuesday, Gary Ryan Taylor, 22, of Ross House, Mount Vernon, was charged with the murder of Thomas Devlin.
He was also charged with the attempted murder of Jonathan McKee on the same date.
Mr Taylor remains in custody and will appear in court on Friday to fix a date for a bail application.
